How does billing work?

Signing up for Bizooy means opting into a subscription that bills you every month. Rebilling occurs 30 days after your last payment. For example: Your first purchase was made on January 10th, your next payment will be processed on February 10th.

How do I cancel my account?

If you are not completely satisfied with Bizooy, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are renewed for the next payment, you need to contact us prior to your renewal date or cancel within your admin dashboard.

How do I receive a refund?

We do not offer refunds after the payment has been processed. So make sure you cancel prior to your rebilling date.

How do I changed my businesses information?

If you want to change your address, email us at support@bizooy.com informing us of your wish to change your current address.
